Eric Northman Sim. Complete with Tanktop.

About a month ago, Amy Tucker (@TasteLikeCrazy) sent me a post she’d written for Sims Gamer on a new Sookie Stackhouse Sim that was created.

Now it’s been AGES since I played The Sims.  I had the first generation game.  Most of my time involved placing infected gerbils into homes that would make my Sims mysteriously ill and creating deathtrap houses — pools with a diving board, but no ladder to climb out (your Sim would ultimately swim itself into slow death by exhaustion), houses with no bathrooms (no place to go, literally), etc.  My Sims’s yards usually ended up littered with gravestones.  The deathtrap houses, haunted by the ghosts of Sims past.

But I digress.

Amy’s post featured the Sims 3 Sookie designed by HystericalParoxysm.  I have to say, Sookie looks pretty damn good.  Sure, the nose might be a little bigger than Anna Paquin’s, but seriously, why niggle over small details?  If you wanted to give Sookie a nose job there are tools you can use to tweak her.

Shortly after she sent me the post, she tweeted that she was going to make an Eric Northman Sim.  But there was one issue — black Fangtasia tanktop.

So she made one.  Here he is, sporting a Fangtasia tank.  I’m not sure if it’s a racerback.

I may need to pick up a copy of the game just so I can, you know, role-play and make up fictional stories for Sookie Stackhouse.  I can have her serve drinks at Merlotte’s, go on dates with Bill or maybe Eric, keep Sam at bay. . .oh, wait. . .I already do that.  On Twitter.
